On the afternoon of June 27, Zheng Jianyu, Member of the Standing Committee of Zhejiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection as well as Zhejiang Provincial Supervisory Committee, together with his delegation, came to visit Zhejiang Jinfei Intelligent Manufacturing Motorcycle Wheel Co., Ltd. for investigation and research. Ge Bingzao, Chairman of Jinfei Group, and Wang Zhen, General Manager of Motorcycle Business Department, warmly welcomed Committee Member Zheng and his delegation, and then accompanied them to visit the project site.
At the project site, Mr. Ge gave a brief introduction to the industrial layout of Jinfei, and explained in detail the “Future Factory” project of Jinfei Intelligent Manufacturing Motorcycle Wheel Co., Ltd. By using 5G Technology, Visual Recognition Technology, AI, Digital Twin and some other new generation of information technologies, combined with MES, APS, PLM and other systems, the factory has successfully achieved Collaborative Design, Intelligent Production and Digital Management.
Later, they together went to the Production and Operation Supervision Center, where the Internet of Things, Beidou Positioning, Cloud Platform, and Information Integration Technology have been applied to realize the real-time information collection of on-site production, process, equipment, and quality, so as to provide basis for decision-making for the company's production, energy conservation, and safety and environmental protection.
 As the final part, they had a symposium there. Committee Member Zheng said that the “Future Factory”of Jinfei Intelligent Manufacturing Motorcycle Wheel Co., Ltd. would be the benchmark for the digital transformation in manufacturing industry. He also expressed that the government will provide greater support for the further development of the “Future Factory”. At the same time, he hoped that Jinfei could well play the vanguard and exemplary role in the industry, promote the gradual realization of digital transformation in manufacturing industry, and drive the local economy to develop faster and better. |
