¡¡¡¡In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the 2nd and 3rd Plenary Sessions of the 19th Central Committee, and the 6th Plenary Session of the 10th Provincial Party Committee, implement the industrial development direction of "two types and three modernizations", focus on the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the development of eight key industries, deepen the decision-making deployment of the "three cards" connotation, it further stimulates the endogenous motivation of talents on the industrial front in the province, promotes the cultivation of a batch of large-scale industries with core competitiveness, large enterprises, and small and medium-sized enterprises with "specialization and newness", especially technology-based "little giants", and provides a powerful talent guarantee and intellectual support for the industrial economy of Yunnan Province to break through and develop.

¡¡¡¡According to the Provincial Leading Group for Appraisal and Recognition of Up to Standards, "Response to the Application for the Outstanding Contribution Award for Industrial Development of Yunnan Province and the  Performance Appraisal Commendation Project of Advanced Units and Advanced Individuals in Private Economic Work in Yunnan Province", and approved by the Provincial Performance Appraisal Commendation Leading Group Office, the third "Industrial Development Outstanding Contribution Award" of Yunnan Province was launched.
