The 6th Staff Representative Conference of the 9th Session of the Jinfei Holding Group Co., Ltd. and the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders were successfully held.

    The conference opened in the majestic national anthem and the singing voice of Jinfei song. Ge Bingzao, Chairman and President of Jinfei Holding Group Co., Ltd., made a 2018 annual work summary report for the participants and a 2019 business work plan report.

    In the report,Chairman Ge pointed out that the guiding ideology of business management in 2019 is: comprehensively implement the spirit of the 2019 Central Economic Work Conference, and continue to promote industrial transfer and technological innovation system reform with standardized spirit and international development ideas, with standardization and digitization. The means is strong, the development of the talent team is promoted, the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise is promoted, and high-quality management is realized. It is required that all business departments and subsidiaries closely follow the guiding ideology of the group companies, closely follow the two themes of "quality and efficiency", recognize the current situation, strengthen  convictions, strengthen measures, and successfully complete the business objectives of 2019.

    Subsequently, the general managers of each business department and subsidiary company carried out the 2018 annual debriefing report; each employee representative conducted a group discussion and exchanged on the 2018 work summary and the 2019 business work plan report.

    The new 2019 is slowly coming to us. All the people of Jinfei will take this meeting as a new starting point, based on the 2019 business guiding ideology and work hard to fully realize the company's business objectives.
