On January 11, 2019, accompanied by the leaders of the Municipal Economic and Credit Commission, a group of acceptance experts from Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone and Yongkang National Comprehensive Demonstration Zone of Deep Integration of Provincial Industrialization and Diversification Area visited Zhejiang Jinfei Kaida Wheel Co., Ltd. For investigation and research. Kaida President He Dongting and other leaders warmly received them and accompanied to visit the automation production site.
At the automatic production workshop, Mr.He introduced in detail about the production process of high-end and personalized automotive aluminium alloy wheel products, modern automatic production line, machine replacing human force, crafsmanship development and other aspects to the experts. Later, Mr.He led the experts to the production supervision center.
 In the production supervision center, Mr.He introduced to the experts the "intelligent manufacturing system" independently developed by Jinfei, which mainly uses Internet of Things, Beidou positioning, cloud platform and information integration technology to realize real-time collection of plant production, process, equipment and quality information; positioning and tracking of logistics vehicles; centralized imaging of monitoring pictures; and monitoring and analysis of energy consumption data. It can provide decision-making basis for the company's production, energy saving and safety. Experts affirmed the transparency and data management of the whole production process.
In the subsequent discussion, Mr. He and the experts exchanged views on the company profile, the benefit comparison after the project implementation, the status of enterprise information construction and the implementation status of the future plan. The experts gave a high evaluation of the informationization construction of Jinfei, and believed that Jinfei fully meets the requirements of the information construction in this acceptance and they also hope that Jinfei will continue to study the informatization construction, develop continuously, and strive for greater progress. |
