From December 10th to 11th, representatives from the Yangtze River Delta Nine Districts CPPCC National Committee gathered in Jiaxing, the birthplace of the party and the red army ship sailing place, to promote the higher quality development of the G60 Science and Technology Corridor. This is the concrete action and vivid manifestation of the important guiding spirit of the Ninth CPPCC in the four provinces and the nine countries and the CPPCC in-depth study and conscientious implementation of the internship of the Secretary Xi, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, "Supporting the integration and development of the Yangtze River Delta region and rising to the national strategy". These specific actions and vivid manifestations of this important guiding spirit, is of great significance to the promotion and formation of the Yangtze River Delta region collaborative innovation community .
Under the leadership of Chairman of Jinhua CPPCC Tao Chenghua, Vice Chairman Fu Lichang and GeneralSecretary Xu Yueming, Feng Hong, Vice President of Jinfei Holding Group Co., Ltd, and other members of the Jinhua CPPCC Committee attended the meeting. The theme of the event was “Gathering ideas an d power toghther to build and share”. At the meeting, the Chairman of the Nine Municipal CPPCC Association made their own experience summary and implementation policies, expressing the importance attached to the high-quality development of the G60 Science and Technology Corridor and a sense of urgency. The CPPCC members of various localities also introduced the relevant situation and made suggestions for further efforts to promote the higher quality development of the G60 Science and Technology Corridor. Feng Hong, Vice President of Jinfei Holding Group Co., Ltd., as the representative of Jinhua Municipal CPPCC, made a speech on the theme of “Continuous Innovatio Plays the Main Melody, High Quality Forms the Development Tide”.
In her speech, Mrs. Feng introduced the development of Jinfei Holding Group Co., Ltd., the industrial layout, the characteristics of Zhejiang's private economy, the impact of trade wars, etc. and discussed the understanding of the G60 Science and Technology Corridor. Mrs. Feng said that the core of how to promote the high-quality integrated development of the G60 Science and Technology Corridor is to do a good job in talent competition and enhance core competitiveness.
Mrs. Feng said that while party committee and government as escorts, it is necessary to create a hot spot for technological innovation as to the trend leading . First of all, it is necessary to rely on the legal means to attach great importance to the protection of intellectual property rights, to crack down on the illegal behaviors of illegally stealing business secrets, and to create the enthusiasm and atmosphere of corporate courage and innovation. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the policy support through large-scale, targeted, and operational administrative means, not only in technological transformation, but more importantly, in the breakthrough of enterprise original technology, giving talents rewards and technological innovation achievements as well ad tilting support to increase the technical gold content of enterprises or industries. At the same time, it is necessary to open up green channels for enterprises to introduce high-tech talents: in policy support, abandon the traditional practice of drizzling, and strive to form a demonstration effect of “supporting a leader and bringing out an industry or cluster innovation” so as to quickly improve the core competitiveness of the company. The third is to attach importance to the transformation of colleges, technical schools, vocational education and the concept of talent training. Based on the characteristics of Zhejiang enterprise industry, innovation and development, and the new characteristics of talent gradient demand, enterprises should adjust and setmajors and courses to make it a talent incubator for high quality development to solve the dilemma of attracting talents and settling talents difficulty. In view of the fact that the party committee and government have created a soft and hard environment, as an enterprise of each molecule of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, only by docking and perfecting the innovation system and mechanism can we truly achieve the results of one-off or half-work.
Mrs. Feng believes that enterprises can implement high-quality innovative development strategies from four aspects: Firstly, enterprises should be highly unified in thinking, ensuring sufficient funds to improve the technical level every year; Secondly, based on self-built research and development platform, enterprises utilize the advantages of high-end talents such as postdoctoral and academician workstations, and create technical research institutes, national enterprise technology centers, and national accredited laboratoriess; Thirdly, recruiting talents, make preparations for the continuous innovation of reserve talent pool. Fourthly, using equity, options, partnerships and other innovative mechanisms to make the integration of scientifictalents research and development, personal income, growth and corporate development into an organism, and gradually form a community of destiny of all employees innovation and entrepreneurship.
In the end, Mrs. Feng said that only by taking the actual support of the party committee and the government as the actiosn of"small step every day, a big step every year" will the innovation vitality of the enterprise be inspired and thus help to realize the transformation of Zhejiang economy from traditional manufacturing to smart manufacturing and then to creation and finally realizethe G60 science and technology corridor science and high quality development.
