Recently, Chrysler (China) Motors Ltd. record the AQSIQ for the recall program. Some vehicles that produced from January 4, 2013 to July 11, 2014 would be recalled from June 10, 2016. According to the company's statistics, a total of 13,676 in China should be recalled.

    The recall is due to static electricity which is caused by the friction between windscreen and wiper gathered on the front windshield, the power transmitted to the inside BCM module through the wiper motor could cause the wipers do not work, there was a security risks. Chrysler will provide free replacement for the damaged module, and increase a ground coil to avoid static build up, eliminate the defect.

   Chrysler (China) Motors Ltd. and authorized dealers will notify the relevant users by registered mail and telephone, inviting them to get in touch with the nearest service center to arrange a free inspection and replacement.
