On the morning of March 22, Deng Xinqiang, Deputy Director of the Political Research Office of Shangrao Municipal Committee of Jiangxi Province, together with his delegation, visited Jinfei Kaida Intelligent Factory of Automobile Wheels for investigation and research, and learned some about the production situation of the company. Chen Chuan, Deputy General Secretary of Jinhua Municipal Committee and Director of the Political Research Office of Jinhua, along with some other relevant leaders, accompanied the visit. Cao Guoping, Executive Deputy General Manager of OEM Business Division of Automobile Wheels, and Tang Zhibin, Director of the Intelligent Factory, warmly welcomed them and accompanied the whole reception.

Deputy Deng and his delegation visited the Production Site and Supervision and Operation Center of Jinfei Intelligent Factory of Automobile Wheels. At the production site, Director Tang introduced to them the production process of Jinfei Wheels and the digital production mode of the Intelligent Factory. Raw materials are made into wheels through a series of processes such as melting, casting, heat treatment, machining, and coating, etc. The MES system can track and record the entire

production process from raw materials to finished products; and people can check the production data of the product by scanning the QR code on it, truly realizing production visualization. Compared with traditional factories, this Intelligent Factory of Automobile Wheelsis using a large number of advanced technologies andhas successfully realized EquipmentDigitization, ProcessDigitization and OperationDigitization, which prevents products from landing in the production processand greatly reduces the number of front-line workers.

During the visit to the Supervision Center, Deputy Deng and his delegation carefully watched the simulation video for the production process of Jinfei Automobile Wheels and the corporate promotional video of Jinfei. Mr. Cao introduced that the Supervision and Operation Center of the Intelligent Factory can fully display the situation of production, quality, and energy source and some other crucial data and information in real time. Applying the Amoeba Mode makes each team leader get the awareness of being the general manager, authentically enabling the cost refinement management by digital methods. In the future, Jinfei will replicate this intelligent mode of production management to more factories and further promote the digital transformation of enterprises.

After the visit, Deputy Deng expressed his appreciation for Jinfei's intelligent mode of production management. He hoped that there could be some opportunity for the two places to carry out exchanges and cooperation and make some progress togetherin the future.
